REPAIRS + RETURNS
Returns are accepted for exchange or store credit within 30 days of receipt for an item in its original condition with original packaging. This does not include shipping costs.
All items on sale are final sale. No returns will be accepted.
All gold orders are made to order and are not applicable for exchange.
If an item needs to be returned for any reason other than manufacturer’s defect, all shipping fees related to the returned item are the customer’s responsibility. This includes any fees to return the item to our facility, as well as (when applicable) fees related to ship a replacement item to the customer. The customer is responsible for insuring a return. If the repair is covered under our warranty policy, the customer is responsible for shipping expenses and insurance to send the item to our facility and Heather Rathbun Jewellery Design will cover the costs to return the repaired item.
Items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for store credit or exchange.
To return a purchase, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization form, which includes directions to ensure proper procedure for return. In the subject line please include RETURN.

If these instructions are not followed exactly and charges are applied to Heather Rathbun Jewellery Design, the shipment will be refused and returned to the sender.
